Short presentations covering current topics, to examine their relevance for your firm. Summaries by experts, and discussion sessions on applicability and relevance. Typically presented at company sites. Topics include new technologies, compliance and regulatory issues, new methodologies and approaches, new concepts in management.

Custom Programs

Developed and delivered for single clients. Appropriate when a firm has determined that a particular subject area is of broad importance to a group such as senior managers or middle level managers in a particular function. Can include a practicum and project exercises addressing specific issues. Examples include lean management, quality, team building, process improvement, operational improvement and efficiency. Programs can be on-site or off-site.

Development Programs

Open programs that small groups or individuals may attend. The intent is to update individuals and groups on topics which have become relevant to managers, and which need to be internalized within the firm. Examples include risk management, social networks, service experience, innovation management, entrepreneurship, new technologies (IoT, Data Analytics, Applied AI). Programs can be delivered on-site if there are at least 10 – 15 participants.

Corporate Programs and Universities

Customized programs delivering functional and general management courses in the form of programs focused to the needs of the firm. Examples include Sales and Marketing, Service Excellence, Manufacturing Excellence, Consumer Services. Instructors are typically drawn from industry, academia and internal sources in the firm, to ensure specialization to the firm. Programs can include certification and assessment and on-line delivery.
